Term & Conditon

1. Reservation & Payment

• A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure.
• Bookings made within 14 days before the trip require full payment upon confirmation.

• Cancellations made 15 days or more before departure: the deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 14 days before departure: no refund for any payments made.
• No refund for guests who arrive late, miss the departure, or end the trip early.

• Itinerary and destinations may change due to weather, sea conditions, or park regulations.
• Elrora reserves the right to adjust, reschedule, or replace destinations in the interest of guest safety and comfort.
• In case of force majeure (storms, government restrictions, or safety concerns), the trip may be rescheduled or credited for a future date within 12 months.
• No cash refund will be issued for force majeure situations.

• Guests must follow all briefings and safety instructions from the guide and crew.
• Elrora is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
• Guests must inform the team of any medical conditions, dietary needs, or allergies before departure.
• Bringing personal alcohol is allowed with crew approval and must be consumed responsibly.

• Elrora provides safety equipment including life jackets, lifebuoys, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits.
• Guests are strongly encouraged to have personal travel insurance covering trip delays, medical emergencies, and accidents.

• Sharing trip participants will share the boat with other guests.
• Cabin assignments are based on booking order and availability.
• The captain and management have full authority to modify the route or activity timing for operational or safety reasons.
• All activities such as snorkeling, trekking, or swimming are at the guest’s own risk
