Term & Conditon

This policy applies to all Elrora Liveaboard trips from January 2026 to December 2026. We sincerely appreciate all payments made promptly to ensure smooth arrangements and confirmed bookings. Payment Terms

  • A 20% deposit of the total charter cost is required at the time of reservation to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy
  • For cancellations made 31 days or more before departure, all payments received are non-refundable.
  • Failure to complete the full payment by the specified deadline will result in your booking being cancelled automatically, and the trip may be offered to other guests.
  • In such cases, all payments made are non-refundable.
Reschedule & Force Majeure Policy
  • If a trip must be rescheduled due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), Elrora Liveaboard will provide
    alternative dates subject to availability.
  • Any rescheduling request from the guest must be made at least 21 days prior to departure and is subject to approval and schedule availability.
  • In cases where rescheduling is not possible, payments made may be credited for future trips within 12 months from the original departure date.
  • No refunds will be issued due to natural events, technical issues, or safety-related decisions made by the captain for the well-being of all guests and crew
